These cards are designed to be used in conjunction with the book, Making Room in Advent by Bette Dickinson to aid your devotional experience during Advent. 

In the stress and frenzy of the Christmas season, these resources are a great tool to help you slow down, anchor yourself in your body, and become aware of God's presence with you in the present moment. Here are a few suggested ways to use them: 

• Hang them with clothes pins and twine, turning them over one day at a time to reveal the image and prayer.
• Keep them in a handy place in your car or at work to help center yourself throughout the day.
